Does a plasma cutter reduce ANY of stainless steel’s (stainless) quality? For HHO Generator.?
HHO generator cell plates and will be in highly corrosive environment.. Band saw is not working well for large production. Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If it’s 316 stainless it’s going to last a long time.

melting the stainless may change the composition of the ss enough to allow it to rust, but probably only in very small spots.
If you have access to a waterjet, that would be a super fast and clean cut. If not, cut the pieces big with a band saw, then stack them and finish the edges with a milling machine.
If it’s very thin ss, you might be able to use a sheetmetal breaker or punch. would probably need to be less than 1/16″
