Fort Worth Attorney
March 28th, 2009The seem to be a lot of Fort Worth attorneys. I know living in the Dallas-Fort Worth area means there are a lot of people in the area but still, the number of attorneys in Fort Worth seems out of proportion to the population to me.
Maybe its partially from the fact that Southern Methodist University Law School is so close by, along with Baylor University Law School.
As with all professions, there seems to be no shortage of specialities. Everything from DUI Attorneys to Malpractice attorneys.
In looking the Fort Worth mid cities yellow pages, there are 24 full page ads along with 10 half page ads and another 9 one quarter page ads. It looks like the investment in law school is paying off pretty well for our local group of attorneys in Fort Worth. Yellow Page advertising is definitely not cheap for attorneys or for anyone else for that matter.
Just from the looks of it, there are a lot more DUI attorneys in Fort Worth than any other type. I really wonder what exactly they do when they represent a DUI case. Does a Fort Worth Attorney do anything any different than a Dallas Attorney? I doubt it since I believe the DUI laws are a state law and not a local law.
Fortunately for me I have never had to have a Fort Worth Attorney and I can honestly say I hope I never have to have one.
